We offer patients several convenient payment methods, including the option to pay their bills online. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
To make a payment please click the “Make a Payment” link below. Next, follow the steps on entering your personal information in the required fields of the “Patient Info” page. Then, on the “Payment” page enter the amount you would like to pay and your billing information, which includes Billing Address and Credit Card info. Lastly, verify your information on the “Confirmation” page and then click the “Make Payment” button in the bottom right corner. If the payment is successful, you will see a green success window at the top of the page with an option to print the receipt. You will also be emailed an electronic receipt to the email you enter on the payment page. You can then click the “Thank You” button at the bottom right of the page to return to our websites home page.
